canoe is reporting Roy will be in Francis Leclerc's new movie which is about baseball to be shot from June 26 to mid August. The rest of the cast is Patrice Robitaille, Jacinthe Lagüe et Guy Thauvette. described as a 'feel good movie'. Very busy summer.
Thanks for that TrishaB, I like the way they call it "un feel good movie" my French must be improving

I often wonder why Hollywood spent millions of dollars and take months to make a movie, when the Quebecers do the same thing in 6-10 weeks and it cost a lot less.
And a lot better!!!!
Ever since I heard FL was going to make this film I wondered if he would really do it without Roy. They seemed to have such a great time working together on MA. I've never put Roy and baseball together but why not??? I am not a fan of the sport but I love baseball films.
Thank you Trisha and Mary!
In my very poor French this is what I got:
Apparently the main character is a child named Martin with Patrice Robitaille as his father and Jacinthe Lague as his mother. Roy is the coach of the parish (town?) team.

More kids for him to work with and he always seems to have such great interaction with kids on screen. It's really too bad he hasn't had his own yet - I think he would make such a wonderful father. Besides, imagine the talent that could be handed down for future generations

I love it that Roy will be in un good feel good movie. He's so very good at this sort of film, and most of what he's done lately is extremelly heavy. He DOES get along great with kids, and they seem to really like him a lot. That always comes out in a movie.
Thanks, Trish!

Folks in Louisana use the term "Parish". I thought it mean county
If LA had stay a French Colony maybe Roy would have been born here instead of Quebec.

Both Roy and Celine are very busy with their careers, kids may not be right for them at this point in their lives......When and If it happens they will be Great Parents........Now if he was "My Man" we would already have four BABIES!!!!
