Thanks Alby. Roy looks so sweet in this interview. He seemed to be having fun.
Here is a rough translation of the interview:
Q - What attracted you about this role?
A - First of all, Francis Leclerc. Second, the screenplay. It's for families but it's also profound. It's well-written and well-structured. It's a film, not a TV series... and, more than that, it is a favourite of Francis who I respect enormously so...I want to be here.
Q - Tell us about the personality of your character.
A - He's a coach, a Real Coach. For him baseball is very serious. He has a military side to him. It's a serious business for him, baseball. He's a winner. He wants to win. He's used to winning and he's good at it.
Q - Did you play ball with your dad when you were a kid?
A - Yes, yes often. My father was quite athletic. We usually took part in sports.
Q - What's it like to work with children? There are a lot of kids on this set.
A - It's fun! Again, Francis chose well. They work well together. They're very relaxed... and when a child is at ease, he's a better actor.
